Purpose of Role
Ensure efficient operation of the warehouse and/or chillers and supporting production by executing preparation tasks essential for a smooth workflow.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities
Warehouse & Chiller Operation
- Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse and/or chillers at all times
- Oversee chiller/warehouse inventory and take responsibility for order and the care and maintenance of flower inventory
- Complete regular warehouse tidying tasks, to ensure that all shelves are clean and stock is kept organised and easy to retrieve.
- Attend regular staff meetings, using them as a basis for the communication of any ideas for improvement in processes or wastage reduction.
- Any other tasks as advised
Florist Support and Flower Inventory Management
- Perform the cleaning and cutting of flowers as well as foam preparation for florists.
- Ensure the proper care and organisation of flower inventory
Personal Development
- Engage in continuous personal & professional development.
- Arrange appraisals with your line manager in accordance with the company’s appraisal process.
Education/Qualifications, Skills, & Experience
- High School Education
- Basic English, ability to communicate
- Experience in a similar role
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
