Essentials: At least 3-5 years’ experience in the UAE Prior experience as maintenance manager, repair manager or in a related role (MEP) Must have strong personality and can handle staff coordination Experience in dealing budgets, schedules and reporting in terms of maintenance work. Understanding of legal safety regulations within the industry. Have the ability to communicate well to the staff, and can decide on his own. Liaising with vendors and suppliers, negotiate pricing, etc. Ability to lead all maintenance team and repaired-related activities in the company. Ability to increase the income of the company and meet the target Must have computer skills, knowledge in reporting. Nationality: Any Visa Status: Visit Visa, Cancelled Visa (Should be Valid) Employment Visa with at least 1 month notice, or any one can join as soon as possible. Passport should be valid for more than 6 months. Driving License: preferred driving license Location: In Dubai, UAE, can come for Face to Face Interview in Dubai.
