Job Title: Housekeeping Operations Manager

Job Purpose:
The Housekeeping Operations Manager will oversee and manage the day-to-day housekeeping operations across all managed facilities. This role ensures the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in line with client expectations, Dubai Municipality regulations, and international standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, organizational, and client relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and supervise housekeeping teams across multiple facilities (residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties).
- Develop and implement housekeeping SOPs, cleaning schedules, and quality control procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and environmental standards in line with UAE regulations.
- Oversee inventory management for cleaning supplies, uniforms, equipment, and tools.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities to ensure standards are maintained.
- Train, coach, and motivate housekeeping staff to deliver high performance and service excellence.
- Manage subcontractors, if any, and ensure SLA/KPI adherence.
- Coordinate with clients and facility users to address feedback and ensure satisfaction.
- Prepare reports on housekeeping performance, incidents, and improvements for senior management.
- Participate in budgeting and cost control related to housekeeping operations.
- Maintain proper documentation for compliance, audits, and inspections.
- Implement sustainable cleaning practices where applicable.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Facilities Management, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 7–10 years of housekeeping management experience, including 3–5 years in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of international housekeeping standards and Dubai Municipality regulations.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills in a multicultural environment.
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic and other languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and FM software (e.g., CAFM systems).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
