Job Purpose:
To manage day-to-day HR and administrative tasks in compliance with UAE Labour Law, ensuring smooth operations across payroll, recruitment, employee relations, visa processing, performance management, and general administration.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and issuing job offers.
- Ensure all recruitment practices are aligned with UAE Labour Law and company policy.
- Manage onboarding formalities including documentation, contract preparation, and orientation.
2. Employee Relations
- Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances, ensuring timely resolution.
- Maintain employee records as per UAE Labour Law.
- Support employee engagement and internal communication activities.
3. Visa & Legal Compliance
- Handle visa processing, renewals, cancellations, Emirates ID, medical tests, and other PRO tasks.
- Ensure all employee visas, labour contracts, and company trade licenses are up to date.
- Maintain compliance with MOHRE, GDRFA, and other UAE government authorities.
4. Payroll Management
- Prepare, verify, and process monthly payroll through WPS in compliance with UAE Wage Protection System.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, leaves, overtime, and deductions.
- Coordinate with finance to ensure timely salary disbursements.
- Handle payroll-related queries and ensure confidentiality of employee salary data.
5. Performance Management
- Support the performance appraisal process including tracking KPIs, collecting evaluation forms, and organizing review meetings.
- Assist in implementation of performance improvement plans and employee development initiatives.
6. Policy Development & Compliance
- Assist in drafting, updating, and implementing HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in accordance with UAE Labour Law.
- Ensure all policies are communicated effectively and adhered to by all employees.
- Monitor compliance and report any breaches or concerns to management.
7. Employee Engagement & Culture
- Organize employee engagement initiatives such as team-building activities, wellness programs, and recognition events.
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and suggest improvements to boost morale and retention.
- Support the creation and maintenance of a positive and inclusive work environment.
8. Training & Development
- Identify training needs through performance appraisals and management feedback.
- Coordinate training programs, workshops, and seminars for employee development.
- Maintain training records and track progress of development plans.
9. Disciplinary & Grievance Handling
- Assist in managing disciplinary procedures, warnings, and grievance handling in a fair and consistent manner.
- Ensure all disciplinary actions are documented and in compliance with UAE Labour Law.
10. Administrative Duties
- Oversee office maintenance, supplies, and asset management.
- Handle correspondence, filing, and general administrative support to the management and staff.
- Maintain and update company records and HR databases.
11. Miscellaneous
- Support management in executing strategic initiatives and special projects.
- Carry out any additional responsibilities assigned by the management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years UAE experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in payroll processing, recruitment, employee relations, and visa handling.
- Strong command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Excel skills especially for payroll and reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality and act with integrity.
- Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and government procedures.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
