Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records, including contracts, personal files, and visa documentation
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes
- Coordinate employee attendance, leave records, and prepare reports as needed
- Support in payroll data collection and documentation
- Draft HR letters, memos, and internal communications
- Assist with recruitment logistics (scheduling interviews, following up with candidates)
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
- Liaise with PRO or external agencies for visa and legal document processing
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in an HR/Admin role preferred (UAE experience is an advantage)
- Familiarity with UAE Labor Law is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
