We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand the organization's goals and strategies
- Provide HR guidance to management on talent management, employee relations, and performance management
- Implement HR programs to support organizational goals
- Conduct employee evaluations and assist in developing performance improvement plans
- Lead HR projects related to process improvement, organization design, and employee orientation
- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and company policies
- Utilize HR systems such as PeopleSoft, Dayforce, Workday for data analysis and reporting
Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR functions including talent management, organization design, and project management
- Familiarity with HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft, Dayforce, or Workday
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED240,000.00 - AED350,000.00 per year
