HR Business Partner

What you’ll deliver
•You'll manage and implement HR programs such as performance management, recruitment, and training for assigned units, aligning with business needs and overall HR strategy.
•You'll provide direct support to both the account department and HR Recruitment team during any recruitment and selection practices, and training and development plans/programs.
•You'll prepare and deliver quarterly analysis reports on the account departments' productivity and staff costs for the department's executive management team and HR
•You'll provide on-the-job counselling and coaching to mid-management, line managers, and staff in performance management concepts and the specific DA performance management process.
•You'll assist in developing manpower plans as per the updated structure
What you bring
•You should be educated to a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/ Human Resources Management/ Related, acquired 3 – 5 years of relevant experience & 5 - 7 years of overall experience
•You’ll have professional knowledge of organization development, talent management, JDs, manpower planning, and job evaluations
•You’ll have knowledge of employment Law and general employment practices
•You'll have good reporting, data analysis, and stakeholder management skills
