Responsibilities:
- Monitor and record daily employee attendance using biometric/manual systems
- Prepare and submit accurate attendance reports for payroll processing
- Collect, verify, and organize employee timesheets from all departments
- Coordinate with project/site managers for timesheet approvals
- Support disciplinary processes by issuing warning letters and maintaining documentation
- Ensure disciplinary procedures comply with UAE Labor Law
- Assist in recruitment activities, including CV screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documents
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR department
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding company policies and HR procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of HR experience in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of attendance and timesheet systems
- Familiarity with disciplinary and recruitment processes
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
