Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar positions (technicians, helpers, drivers, cleaners, laborers, etc.)
Source candidates through job portals, agencies, referrals, and other channels
Conduct interviews and shortlist candidates
Coordinate with operations and project teams to understand manpower needs
Handle offer negotiations and onboarding processes
Maintain and update recruitment database
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 1 year of proven experience in blue-collar hiring within the UAE
Excellent knowledge of UAE labor market and sourcing channels for blue-collar workforce
