HR Executive – Abu Dhabi

We are hiring a motivated HR Executive to support and manage HR functions, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with UAE labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment coordination, onboarding, and exit processes.
- Maintain and update HR records and systems.
- Track attendance, leave, and probation periods.
- Support payroll preparation and HR reporting.
- Provide employee support on HR policies and procedures.
- Contribute to employee engagement and internal HR communications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years of HR experience (preferably in government/consulting).
- Fluent in Arabic & proficient in English.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRIS is a plus.
