- Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law and any legal changes impacting HR practices.
- Manage and update company policies, procedures, and employee handbook in line with UAE regulations.
- Handle employee relations matters including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Support in recruitment and onboarding processes including offer letters, contracts, and orientation.
- Maintain and update employee records on HRMS in compliance with legal and audit requirements.
- Coordinate with PRO for visa processing, renewals, and cancellations.
- Process payroll inputs and ensure accurate monthly payroll and benefits administration.
- Assist in performance appraisal process and employee development initiatives.
- Support HR projects such as engagement surveys, training programs, and organizational changes.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and documentation for audits and management review.
- Guide and educate employees and managers on HR policies, labour law, and best practices
