Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agents to join our team. As a Real Estate Agent at SASA Real Estate, you will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties while providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of properties and clients, enhancing your skills in a thriving market.
Key Responsibilities:
● Conduct property viewings and showcase listings to potential buyers and renters.
● Develop and maintain a strong network of clients and leads.
● Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and relevant laws.
● Assist clients in the negotiation process to achieve the best possible outcomes.
● Update and manage listings in our CRM system with attention to detail.
● Collaborate with the marketing team to promote properties and generate leads.
● Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships and expand your professional network.
● Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
● Prepare and present market analysis and property evaluations to clients.
● Guide clients through the entire buying or selling process, providing expert advice and support.
● Follow up with clients after transactions to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
● Conduct regular market research to identify new opportunities and potential leads.
● Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and promote listings.
● Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
● Collaborate with other agents and brokers to facilitate property transactions and negotiations.
● Handle administrative tasks related to property transactions, including documentation and contract management.
● Actively seek referrals and repeat business from satisfied clients.
Qualifications:
● Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai (minimum 1 year preferred).
● Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and current trends.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
● Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
● Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
● A valid UAE driving license is preferable.
