Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and versatile HR & Recruiter who can manage day-to-day HR functions while leading end-to-end recruitment processes. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys balancing people management and talent acquisition to support business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources (HR) Duties
- Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws.
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
- Oversee employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
- Support payroll processing and ensure timely documentation of attendance and leaves.
- Handle employee relations, resolve workplace issues, and maintain a positive work culture.
- Assist in performance management, training, and development initiatives.
- Administer employee benefits including insurance, leaves, and other statutory requirements.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and job requirements.
- Prepare and publish job postings across job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Source and screen candidates via job portals, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate technical and final interviews with managers.
- Negotiate offers and manage the hiring process until onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future roles.
- Ensure smooth communication with candidates to deliver a great candidate experience.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of combined HR and recruitment experience.
- Knowledge of HR processes, labor law compliance, and recruitment best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS/ATS tools.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
