Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years experience of recruiting real estate agents for off-plan and secondary market.
Proficient in recruitment tools and other platforms - social media, job boards, personal network and other channels.
Maintain records and produce reports of hiring.
Expert in building relationships with channel partners and talent pool for immediate and future hiring needs.
Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
Knowledge of Dubai Real Estate laws and licensing requirements.
