The Opportunity: We’re seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources for our growing team.
As our HR Manager, you will:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to conducting comprehensive onboarding and orientation for all new hires.
- Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution, fostering a fair and respectful workplace.
- Performance Management: Implement and oversee performance review processes, facilitate goal setting, and support employee development plans.
- Compensation & Benefits: Administer compensation structures, manage benefits enrollment, and act as a liaison with payroll to ensure accuracy.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs, develop and deliver relevant programs (e.g., customer service, food safety, leadership skills), and promote continuous learning.
- HR Policies & Compliance: Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring full compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
- Culture & Engagement: Champion our company culture, organize employee engagement initiatives, and contribute to making Sushi Station a great place to work.
What You Bring to the Roll:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Proven experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity..
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for fostering a supportive team environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
