Role Overview
As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing the full recruitment cycle, onboarding, and continuous training of real estate professionals. Your primary focus will be to attract top-tier talent, enhance performance through structured training programs, and ensure a people-first culture aligned with our organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Develop and implement hiring strategies to attract top-performing real estate agents, administrative staff, and support roles.
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle: job posting, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Build a strong pipeline of candidates through active sourcing, career fairs, social media, and recruitment events.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast manpower needs and fulfill hiring demands.
Training & Development
- Design and execute training programs for new joiners covering sales processes, CRM usage, market knowledge, and soft skills.
- Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and role-play activities to enhance performance and engagement.
- Coordinate with external trainers and developers for certifications or technical product training.
- Monitor performance metrics post-training to evaluate effectiveness and revise programs as needed.
HR Operations & Culture
- Maintain up-to-date job descriptions, organizational charts, and HR policies in compliance with UAE labor law.
- Handle onboarding, offboarding, employee documentation, and performance reviews.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that supports employee retention and growth.
- Lead internal events, wellness initiatives, and employee engagement programs.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (HR certifications are a plus).
- Proven experience in high-volume recruitment and training delivery.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Real estate industry experience is highly preferred.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
