We are a fast-growing Real Estate company in the UAE, currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll, and HR policy implementation, especially within the UAE labor law.
Skills
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, particularly sourcing and onboarding R.E Consultants & other Staff
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance practices.
- Maintain accurate employee records including contracts, visas, and personal documents.
- Handle payroll preparation, attendance, and overtime calculations in coordination with the finance team.
- Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters in line with UAE labor law.
- Coordinate with PROs for visa processing, renewals, and cancellations.
- Assist in performance evaluations and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure timely and effective communication between management and workers.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
