Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Operations Executive to join our growing team. This role focuses on driver recruitment, driver management, and investor relations support, while ensuring operational compliance and delivering a superior service experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a blend of HR operational expertise, customer service excellence, and a deep understanding of UAE labor and transport regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Driver Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage the complete driver recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and induction.
- Oversee visa processing, medicals, RTA/ITC permit applications, and other regulatory requirements.
- Ensure accurate and timely record-keeping of driver contracts, permits, and compliance documents.
Driver Management & Support
- Serve as the main point of contact for all driver-related queries, performance management, and support needs.
- Monitor driver attendance, compliance, and adherence to company policies.
- Coordinate training, health insurance registration, and uniform distribution.
Customer Service & Investor Interaction
- Handle inbound calls and correspondence from drivers and investors with professionalism and clarity.
- Provide timely updates on vehicle delivery timelines, investment documentation, and contract status.
- Uphold service excellence in all external and internal communications.
Administrative & HR Operations
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate HR records, reports, and documentation related to drivers and investors.
- Support payroll processes, attendance tracking, and employee file management in coordination with HR and finance teams.
- Collaborate with legal, operations, and finance teams to ensure compliance and smooth workflow.
Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, driver recruitment, or customer service—preferably within transportation, logistics, or related service industries.
- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws, RTA, and ITC regulatory frameworks (preferred).
Skills & Attributes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English is mandatory (Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is an advantage).
- Customer-focused with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work well under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR/ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, or similar platforms preferred).
- Highly organized, detail-driven, and committed to upholding service standards.
