Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable HR / PRO to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong command of Arabic and English. Preference will be given to candidates with native-level Arabic proficiency. This role involves a mix of HR duties and government liaison (PRO) tasks, requiring excellent organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company HR policies
- Liaise with government authorities (e.g., MOHRE, Immigration, DED, Municipality) for all PRO-related tasks
- Handle company license renewals, establishment card renewals, and other government documentation
- Coordinate with external legal and governmental agencies for various company matters
- Maintain and update employee database and HR files
- Support in drafting HR letters, NOCs, and other official correspondence
- Assist with audits and prepare reports related to HR and PRO functions
- Monitor expiration dates of legal documents and ensure timely renewals
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of professional HR experience, preferably in the UAE
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written) — mandatory
- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws, PRO processes, and government systems
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR-related software
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- UAE driving license is an advantage
