We are looking for a well experienced Purchase Assistant and HR Executive with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Fine dining restaurants in UAE for our restaurant in Jumeirah.
1.Salary range will be finalised based on Experience during the interview.
2.Only Candidates who are ready to join immediately with Own visa.
3.Should have ability to work under pressure.
4. Should be well presented and having good leadership quality.
HR Executive:
- Maintaining HR documentation and employee records.
- Timely onboarding and offboarding of staff .
- Accurate payroll inputs and coordination with finance monthly.
- Employee attendance and leave tracking with accuracy.
- Handle grievances and disciplinary actions in line with UAE labor law.
- Ensure monthly HR reporting to management is submitted on time.
- Assist in recruitment and ensure zero delays in hiring timelines.
Purchase Assistant:
- Ensure on-time procurement of required items.
- Maintain supplier cost comparison sheets to reduce purchase cost by set targets.
- Submit reports on stock, LPOs, and purchase tracking.
- Follow up on quality control and supplier delivery performance.
