Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for roles across Europe, the UK, and CIS countries
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
- Post job advertisements on various international platforms and manage responses
- Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate fit based on experience and cultural alignment
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams
- Maintain candidate records and ensure data accuracy in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards in relevant regions
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and recruitment policies
- Support employer branding efforts in target regions
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably with exposure to European, British, or CIS markets
- Familiarity with international hiring practices and labor laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Russian or any European language is a plus
- Experience using ATS and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
