Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Human Resources & Soft Skills Trainer to join our professional training centre in Dubai. The trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering high-impact training programs to corporate clients and individuals, with a strong focus on HR best practices and essential soft skills needed in today’s workplace.
The ideal candidate should have practical HR experience, excellent facilitation skills, and a strong understanding of adult learning in multicultural environments.
Key Responsibilities:Training Delivery:
- Deliver interactive and engaging classroom and virtual training sessions.
- HR management (recruitment, performance management, HR policies, UAE Labour Law, etc.)
- Soft skills (communication, leadership, teamwork, customer service, business etiquette, emotional intelligence, etc.)
- Customize training content based on client and learner needs.
Program Development:
- Design and update course content, training manuals, and participant handouts.
- Ensure training materials align with international HR standards and local UAE labor regulations.
- Develop assessment tools to evaluate participant learning and training impact.
Client Engagement & Support:
- Liaise with corporate clients to understand training objectives and tailor programs accordingly.
- Provide feedback and coaching to participants to support their professional development.
- Stay updated on current trends in HR, soft skills, and L&D practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Professional certifications preferred (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, NLP, Train the Trainer, etc.).
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in HR training and soft skills facilitation.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR compliance practices.
- Comfortable using digital platforms (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams, LMS systems, Google Meet etc).
