The Role?
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Team Lead to join our HR Solutions team in the Abu Dhabi office. The role provides proactive and professional support, ensuring effective delivery to regional operations. - To proactively and professionally support all aspects of the HR function in delivering an effective and pragmatic service to Regional operations
- To develop good relationships working with HR, Business Line and Department Managers on employee reward, employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, change, redundancy, workforce planning and recruitment to ensure that the business needs and employees are fully and professionally supported
- To be able to credibly and professionally influence across the business in order to minimise risk and maximise opportunities in a cost-efficient manner
- To work with the business towards planning the prevention of risks, both financial and reputational, can be achieved.
The Responsibilities?
- Responsible for working with the recruitment team and business leaders to ensure the timely onboarding of employees
- Responsible for the employee life cycle activities from onboarding to offboarding
- Develop, report and strive to improve KPI on performance across HR team deliverables
- Responsible for the day-to-day supervision, allocation of tasks, direction and development in relation to the HR team in ME
- To ensure the accurate and timely completion and submission of the monthly payroll
- To review all contractual documents, handbooks, policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance, best practice
- Ensure timely renewals of benefits – Insurance policies
- Responsible for working closely with operations, finance and mobility on secondments to ensure any tax implications are recognised, communicated and taken care of to minimise any risks
- Responsible for having regular meetings with assigned areas of the business to understand HR issues and provide proactive and professional advice and support through the whole HR life cycle
- Provide advice and participate in disciplinary and grievance cases in accordance with processes and prevailing legislation
- Responsible for managing any employment claims effectively, ensuring that risks are highlighted in advance
- Ensure Emiratization terms and conditions are met at all times
- Ensure that the HR database and organisation charts are being accurately maintained for the region in real time
- Support in providing data for bids and proposal submissions in a timely manner
- Attend recruitment or networking events where appropriate
- Ensure offboarding steps are followed, and EOSB calculations are accurate
- Organize regular engagement activities
- Ensure HR services to employees are delivered in a timely manner.
Qualifications and Skills
Essential:
- Chartered Member CIPD or relevant and demonstrable HR practical experience at a lead level in a similar role
- Experience in delivering a professional and confidential approach to HR service provision
- Accuracy in reporting
- Good understanding of ME labor laws, payroll data inputs, EOSB
- Demonstrates commercial awareness

- Ability to adapt and be involved with wider HR team activities if required
