We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR/PRO Officer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will manage all human resource functions and oversee government-related processes, including visa applications, labor cards, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle all government-related documentation for visa processing, labor cards, Emirates IDs, and trade licenses.
Liaise with various government departments such as MOL, MOHRE, GDRFA, and DED.
Ensure timely renewal and cancellation of employee visas and permits.
Maintain updated records of employee documents and renewals.
Support HR activities including onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, and compliance.
Draft employment contracts and manage internal HR documentation.
Keep abreast of labor law and immigration law changes.
Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as an HR/PRO in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and visa processes.
Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Valid UAE driving license preferred.
Proficient in MS Office and HR software tools.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
