Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures at the site.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits.
- Ensure compliance with local HSE regulations and company standards.
- Deliver safety training and toolbox talks to workers.
- Investigate incidents/accidents and prepare reports with corrective actions.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering or relevant field with HSE certifications (NEBOSH/IOSH).
- Proven experience in HSE role within the UAE/GCC.
- Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
