Work Location: Project Field Site (Oil and Gas Facility).
Scope of Responsibilities:
- As an HSE Officer, your responsibilities shall include but are not limited to
- Daily monitoring and inspection of field teams to ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Conducting Toolbox Talks (TBTs) every morning before site activities commence.
- Supervising and guiding field teams to maintain a safe work environment at all times.
- Reviewing and updating MSRA (Method Statement & Risk Assessment) in coordination with the site engineer and safety team.
- Preparing and submitting daily HSE reports and updates, including daily HSE statistics (e.g., manhours worked, incidents, near-misses, safety observations, etc.).
- Developing and implementing project-specific HSE Plans.
- Ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with Oil & Gas HSE standards and regulatory requirements.
- Providing safety support during CCTV installations, trenching/excavation, underground/above-ground piping, pole erection, cable laying, and commissioning works.
- Investigating and reporting any incidents, near-misses, or unsafe practices.
- Ensuring all personnel use proper PPE and follow established Permit to Work (PTW) procedures.
- Coordinating with other contractors, consultants, and clients on HSE-related matters.
- Facilitating safety drills, training sessions, and awareness programs for the site team.
