Job Title: HSE Officer cum Fire Warden (Temporary – 3 Months)

About the Role:
We are a leading interior fit-out company with a strong portfolio of commercial and hospitality projects across the UAE. We are currently hiring a HSE Officer cum Fire Warden for a temporary 3-month assignment to oversee health, safety, and fire safety compliance at our project sites in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Job Type: Temporary – 3 Months
Start Date: Immediate
Work Location: On-site in Dubai and Abu Dhabi
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environmental policies on site
- Conduct routine site inspections and risk assessments
- Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and company HSE standards
- Deliver toolbox talks, safety briefings, and HSE training to workers
- Act as the designated Fire Warden: conduct fire drills, ensure fire safety protocols, and manage emergency evacuations
- Investigate incidents/near misses and submit reports with corrective actions
- Liaise with project management, subcontractors, and local authorities on HSE matters
- Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Health & Safety or related field
- NEBOSH / IOSH certification is mandatory
- Must be certified or trained as a Fire Warden
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the UAE interior fit-out or construction industry
- Strong knowledge of UAE safety laws and regulations
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Must be available to join immediately and work on-site
Duration: 3 Months (Project-Based)
Salary: Based on experience
