Job Summary:
We are seeking a Junior HSE Officer with a solid background in health, safety, and environmental standards within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of relevant experience and a thorough understanding of UAE HSE regulations and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing and maintaining HSE policies and procedures.
- Conduct routine safety inspections and audits at the worksite.
- Report and investigate incidents and ensure proper documentation.
- Promote a safe working environment by delivering toolbox talks and training sessions.
- Ensure compliance with local and international HSE standards.
- Support management in adhering to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in risk assessments and hazard identification.
Requirements:
✅ 2–3 years of HSE experience in a manufacturing environment (mandatory)
✅ UAE experience in a similar role (mandatory)
✅ Valid Degree Certificate (required for employment visa processing)
✅ Strong understanding of HSE standards, policies, and legal compliance
✅ Good communication and reporting skills
✅ Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting
