We are looking for an HR Manager to lead and optimize our human resources functions, shape company culture, and support organizational growth through strategic HR initiatives. This role demands a people-centric leader with strong experience in talent management, employee relations, policy implementation, and performance management to foster a productive and compliant workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy & Operations
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and values.
Oversee day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, and policy enforcement.
Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and HR best practices within the UAE.
Maintain and update employee records, HR systems, and documentation.
Talent Acquisition & Development
Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee performance and engagement.
Implement strategies for employee retention, career growth, and succession planning.
Employee Relations & Culture
Promote a positive work environment by supporting employee engagement and well-being.
Handle employee grievances, mediate conflicts, and ensure fair disciplinary procedures.
Champion initiatives that support diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Performance Management & HR Metrics
Oversee performance appraisal processes and support managers with goal setting and feedback.
Track HR metrics such as turnover, employee satisfaction, and absenteeism; analyze trends and recommend improvements.
Support leadership in workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s or HR certification is a plus).
Proven experience in a managerial HR role, preferably within the UAE.
Deep understanding of UAE labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
Proficiency with HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and recruitment platforms.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Salary Range and Benefits:
Salary Range: 12,000 AED – 15,000 AED (based on experience and qualifications)

Work Arrangement:
This is a full-time, on-site position. No remote or hybrid work options are available. Candidates must be able to work from the designated office location as required.
