Job Summary
We are seeking a forward-thinking and results-oriented Strategic HR Manager to lead the development and execution of human capital strategies that support our organization’s long-term vision. This role blends strategic foresight with operational excellence and requires a strong track record of driving transformation through data-driven decision-making and influential leadership.
As a strategic partner to senior leadership, you will shape initiatives related to workforce planning, talent development, organizational design, and cultural evolution.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Alignment
- Design and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s mission, vision, and strategic goals.
- Align HR initiatives with organizational priorities such as succession planning, leadership pipeline development, and strategic talent alignment.
- Utilize workforce analytics and HR data to support planning and high-impact decision-making.
Talent Management & Development
- Lead comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain high-caliber professionals.
- Champion performance management, employee engagement, and leadership development programs.
- Identify, develop, and retain high-potential employees to ensure leadership continuity.
Organizational Development
- Lead change management efforts in alignment with evolving business needs.
- Conduct organizational assessments to recommend improvements in structure and culture.
- Enhance organizational agility and operational effectiveness.
Employee Relations & Culture
- Foster an inclusive, high-performance culture built on organizational values.
- Provide expert counsel on employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance matters.
- Collaborate with leadership to strengthen team dynamics and the overall employee experience.
Data-Driven HR Practices
- Leverage HR metrics and analytics to inform strategic decisions and monitor HR effectiveness.
- Stay current on HR trends, technologies, and innovations to drive continuous improvement.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure all HR practices comply with labor laws, ethical standards, and internal policies.
- Support risk mitigation and continuity planning through robust workforce strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, change management, and talent development.
- Strong understanding of labor regulations and current HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms and HR analytics tools.
