Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions professionally.
- Coordinate payroll, leave management, and benefits administration in collaboration with the finance department.
- Support management in workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
- Organize employee training, engagement activities, and wellness programs.
- Prepare HR reports and ensure accurate HR data management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in HR roles (minimum 2 years).
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
