We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of UAE Labor Law, proven expertise in recruitment across multiple companies, and hands-on experience in payroll management and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process across various business units
Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and HR best practices
Manage payroll processing and ensure timely disbursements
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Handle employee relations, grievance procedures, and conflict resolution
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Coordinate with PROs for visa, insurance, and other employee documentation
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 2 years of HR experience in the UAE
Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Salary: Commensurate with experience
Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
