Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Personal Assistant to the CEO with experience in renovation and interior design. You will manage the CEO’s schedule, coordinate projects, handle communications, and support daily business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel
- Coordinate renovation/interior design projects
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Handle confidential information professionally
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation
- Assist with vendor management and procurement
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a PA/Executive Assistant
- Background in renovation or interior design preferred
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Flexible with working hours

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
