- Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Oversee employee relations and address grievances or workplace issues professionally
- Support performance management processes including goal-setting and appraisals
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR policies
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs
- Assist in training and development programs to enhance workforce capabilities
- Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR procedures and best practices
Requirements
- Strong experience in Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Knowledge of Employee Relations and handling workplace concerns
- Familiarity with Performance Management frameworks and evaluation tools
- Solid understanding of Labor Laws & Compliance requirements
- Proficiency in HRIS and Payroll Systems
