Salary: Up to AED 18,000 (based on experience)

We are looking for a technically qualified and experienced HVAC Service Operations Manager to lead our service department and ensure operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day HVAC service operations, including maintenance, repairs, and emergency calls
- Manage and mentor service technicians, ensuring high performance and technical excellence
- Drive operational efficiency, P&L performance, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company standards, and industry codes
- Foster strong customer relationships and resolve escalated issues
- Oversee inventory, tools, vehicle maintenance, and supplier negotiations
- Implement process improvements to maximize profitability
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent HVAC qualification (Mandatory)
- Minimum 5 years in HVAC service operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong HVAC technical knowledge and proven P&L management skills
- Proficiency in service management software
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Valid UAE driving license
Preferred:
- Experience in energy efficiency & green building standards
- Excellent customer service and commercial acumen
