Job Summary:
The Immigration Consultant provides expert advice and end-to-end support to clients seeking to obtain visas, work permits, permanent residency, or citizenship in foreign countries. This role requires in-depth knowledge of immigration laws, strong client management skills, and a high degree of ethics and professionalism.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Client Consultation & Case Assessment
- Conduct initial consultations to assess client eligibility for various immigration programs.
- Provide clear and accurate advice on immigration pathways, requirements, processing times, and costs.
2. Application Preparation & Processing
- Prepare, review, and submit visa applications and supporting documents.
- Ensure all applications comply with the latest immigration laws and policies of the target country.
3. Documentation & Compliance
- Guide clients in gathering necessary documentation.
- Verify the authenticity and accuracy of all documents to prevent fraud or misrepresentation.
- Maintain detailed and confidential client records in accordance with data protection laws.
4. Client Communication & Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on application status.
- Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Manage client expectations regarding timelines and potential outcomes.
5. Legal & Ethical Compliance
- Stay updated on changes in immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.
6. Business Development & Sales
- Convert inquiries into paid clients through consultative selling.
- Languages: Fluency in English and Malayalam is a must.
