- Providing clients with all pertinent documentation.
- Assisting clients with the completion of paperwork, and ensuring that this is submitted on time.
- Verifying the authenticity of paperwork and supporting documents.
- Preparing and providing invoices for your services.
An immigration consultant is responsible for:
- Advising clients on immigration laws and processes.
- Assisting clients with applications for visas, green cards, citizenship, and other immigration benefits.
- Gathering necessary documents and evidence to support client applications.
- Preparing and submitting immigration petitions and applications to the appropriate government agencies.
- Ensuring compliance with immigration laws and guiding clients throughout the application process.
These responsibilities ensure that clients receive accurate advice and support during their immigration journey.
