Job Description:
We are seeking passionate, sales-driven professionals to join our team.
- Experienced Candidates: Should have strong expertise in Canadian immigration programs such as Express Entry, LMIA, AIP, and PNP.
- Freshers: We welcome applicants with prior sales/tele-sales experience for the Tele-Sales Consultant role. Starting salary: AED 2500.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert consultations on Canadian immigration programs (Express Entry, LMIA, AIP, PNP, etc.).
- Evaluate client eligibility and recommend suitable immigration pathways.
- Follow up and convert leads through effective communication and relationship building.
- Stay updated with the latest Canadian immigration policies and procedures.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain client records and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Track and report sales and client progress to management, ensuring deadlines and targets are met.
Required Skills:
For Experienced candidates
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in immigration sales or consultancy (Canada-focused).
- Strong knowledge of Canadian immigration programs.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Sales-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and target-driven.
Experience : Minimum 1or 2 years Canada Immigration Experienced Required
For Freshers
- Prior experience in sales or tele-sales is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive abilities.
- Confident in handling outbound calls and lead conversion.
- Sales-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to achieve and exceed sales quotas.
