In-House Social Media Expert & Content Creator for SPA
We are looking for a creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media Expert & Content Creator for ladies Spa to manage and grow our online presence across various platforms. This role is responsible for crafting compelling content, building brand awareness, engaging with our audience, and driving digital growth. The ideal candidate is both a storyteller and a strategist comfortable behind the scenes and in front of the camera if needed.

Social Media Strategy & Management:
- Develop, execute, and manage a results-driven social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.).
- Plan and manage a monthly social media content calendar aligned with marketing and business goals.
- Monitor, track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.).
- Stay up-to-date with current social media trends, tools, best practices, and competitor activity.
Content Creation:
- Create high-quality, engaging, and on-brand visual and written content (videos, Reels, Stories, carousels, graphics, blog posts, etc.).
- Write creative and engaging captions, copy, and headlines that drive engagement.
- Capture and edit photos/videos in-house using a smartphone or professional equipment.
- Collaborate with internal teams for product launches, campaigns, and events.
Community Management:
- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely, professional, and on-brand voice.
- Cultivate and engage with online communities to increase brand loyalty and customer retention.
- Identify and build relationships with influencers, partners, and brand advocates.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track KPIs and performance across all platforms.
- Provide monthly reports and insights to guide strategy adjustments and growth.
- Use data to test and optimize content types, posting times, and campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a social media manager or content creator for Spa or Salon(2+ years preferred).
- Strong portfolio of content work (graphics, videos, campaigns).
- Proficiency in social media platforms, native tools, and scheduling software (e.g., Later, Buffer, Hootsuite).
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.).
- Excellent writing, grammar, and storytelling skills.
- Understanding of SEO, social media algorithms, and digital marketing trends.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
- Bonus: Experience with paid social ads or influencer campaigns.
