Job Description: Social Media Admin
Position Summary:
We are a looking for a Social Media Admin who can manage our music institute’s online presence across various social media platforms. This role focuses on creating, curating, scheduling, and analyzing engaging content to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and support marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals.
- Create, edit, publish, and share engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, stories, etc.) across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
- Plan and schedule shoots of teachers and students.
- Monitor daily social media activity, respond to followers’ comments/messages, and engage with the online community.
- Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, conversions) and prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and platform updates.
- Manage social media calendar and ensure timely postings.
- Run paid social media ads and track their performance (optional, based on organization).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator/Admin or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Basic designing or video editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently.
