- Sales Experience: A minimum of 2–4 years of proven sales experience is required.
- Real Estate Experience: Previous experience in real estate is highly advantageous.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Languages: Proficiency in English, French, and Arabic (both spoken and written).
- Track Record: Demonstrated success in consistently achieving sales targets.
- Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the real estate market in Dubai, United Arab Emirates .
- Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Work Ethic: Ability to thrive under pressure and effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Recommendation: A positive recommendation or reference from a previous employer is required.
