Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of Indian-Chinese dishes
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet restaurant standards.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and follow safety protocols.
- Manage daily food preparation and assist with kitchen inventory when needed.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous restaurant experience preferred in a similar role (Indian-Chinese cuisine specialization).
- Age Limit: 22 to 28 years old
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with good time management.
- Knowledge of food safety standards.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: AED 1300 to 1600 (depending on experience)
