We are seeking a skilled and passionate Biryani Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in preparing South Indian style biryani (Vadi Biryani)
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation. - Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and workstation. - Monitor stock levels of ingredients and collaborate with the kitchen team for timely replenishment. - Maintain food safety standards and comply with all health regulations.
