Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Microsoft Technology Sales, with a strong focus on cold calling, lead generation, and a robust local network within the UAE market. This is a client-facing, office-based role with excellent growth potential.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales of Microsoft technologies and solutions including M365, Azure, Modern Workplace, and related services.

Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and social selling.

Manage the entire sales cycle – from prospecting to closure – with a consultative approach.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients in the UAE.

Coordinate with the pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers.

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Stay updated on Microsoft product offerings and industry trends.
Requirements:

5+ years of experience in Inside Sales focused on Microsoft Technology solutions.

Proven success in cold calling and lead generation.

Strong network and client connections within the UAE market.

Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Goal-driven with the ability to work independently and in a team.

Proficiency in using CRM systems and MS Office tools.

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field preferred.
