Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Insurance Sales Agent to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling life, motor, and medical insurance products and must be capable of building strong client relationships while maintaining high standards of service and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities in life, motor, and medical insurance.
- Provide expert consultation to clients on various insurance products based on their needs.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through referrals, networking, and cold-calling.
- Prepare and present customized insurance proposals.
- Ensure all policies sold comply with UAE regulations and company policies.
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing clients for renewals, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Attend training, seminars, and workshops to stay updated on products and compliance regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of insurance sales experience in the UAE, specifically in life, motor, and medical insurance.
- Strong understanding of insurance policies, terms, and regulatory requirements in the UAE.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and handle objections effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.
- UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred.
- Currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
