International Marketing Manager - Property Shop Investment, Abu Dhabi
Job Summary:
The International Marketing Manager at PSI is a pivotal role responsible for spearheading our global outreach and attracting high-net-worth (HNW) and international investors to our diverse portfolio of property investments in Abu Dhabi and beyond. Based in Abu Dhabi, this role requires a strategic visionary with a deep understanding of international real estate markets, a proven track record in global marketing, and an acute awareness of local regulations and cultural nuances. You will lead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies to position PSI as a leading choice for property investment on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- International Market Strategy Development:
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify key international target markets (e.g., Europe, Asia, GCC) for property investment in Abu Dhabi.
- Develop bespoke international marketing strategies and plans for each target region, considering cultural, economic, political, and regulatory factors (e.g., RERA regulations in Abu Dhabi/UAE).
- Identify market entry opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies for new international territories.
- Global Brand Management & Messaging:
- Develop and maintain a consistent and compelling brand positioning and messaging for international markets, ensuring resonance with diverse cultural backgrounds and investor profiles.
- Adapt marketing materials, content, and campaigns to reflect the local language, customs, and investment priorities of specific international audiences.
- Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines across all international marketing channels and partners.
- Multi-Channel Campaign Development & Execution:
- Lead the planning, development, and execution of integrated international marketing campaigns across a variety of channels, including:
- Digital Marketing: Advanced SEO/SEM, paid media (Google Ads, social media ads targeting international audiences), email marketing automation, content marketing (blogs, whitepapers on Abu Dhabi investment opportunities), and influencer marketing.
- Offline Marketing: International property exhibitions, investor roadshows, luxury publications, direct mail campaigns to HNW individuals, and partnerships with international wealth advisors.
- Website & CRM: Optimize the company website for international users (multilingual support, currency conversion, localized content) and leverage CRM for lead nurturing and client relationship management.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality, persuasive marketing content, including property listings, virtual tours, investment brochures, video testimonials, and market reports.
- Stakeholder & Partner Management:
- Cultivate and manage strong relationships with international real estate agents, brokers, wealth management firms, and other strategic partners to drive referrals and collaborations.
- Collaborate closely with internal sales teams, property development, legal, and finance departments to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and business targets.
- Liaise with external agencies, PR firms, and media partners for international market penetration.
- Performance Analysis & Optimization:
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for international marketing campaigns (e.g., international lead generation, conversion rates, website traffic from target regions, ROI).
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize future marketing activities and budget allocation.
- Conduct A/B testing and other optimization techniques to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Compliance & Regulatory Adherence:
- Ensure all international marketing activities fully comply with Abu Dhabi/UAE real estate regulations, including RERA guidelines for marketing properties both locally and abroad.
- Stay informed about international real estate advertising laws and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
- Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the international marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CIM, HubSpot certifications) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in international marketing roles, with a strong focus on real estate, luxury goods, finance, or investment sectors.
- Demonstrable experience in developing and executing successful multi-channel international marketing campaigns.
- In-depth understanding of the global real estate market dynamics and investor motivations, with specific knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property landscape a significant advantage.
- Proven expertise in digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Proficiency with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse international audiences.
- Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven international environment.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages relevant to key target markets (e.g., Arabic, Mandarin, Russian, French, German) is highly desirable.
