Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with a strong focus on flooring design. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing flooring layouts, selecting materials, and creating visual presentations. Proficiency inAutoCAD and Adobe Photoshop is required to prepare technical drawings and design concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop flooring concepts and layouts for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings, technical plans, and visual presentations.
- Select suitable flooring materials, colors, and finishes based on client requirements.
- Collaborate with sales, project, and installation teams to ensure design accuracy.
- Conduct site visits for measurement, inspection, and project supervision.
- Liaise with clients to understand their design preferences and budget.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Interior Design or related field.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in interior design, preferably in flooring.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Photoshop.
- Knowledge of additional software such as SketchUp or 3ds Max is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and space planning.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and client presentation skills.
