We are seeking a skilled Interior Designer with experience in Bill of Quantity (BOQ) preparation to join our team. The ideal candidate will combine creativity with technical expertise to deliver exceptional design solutions and accurate project costing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and present creative interior design concepts tailored to client requirements.
- Prepare BOQs, ensuring accuracy in materials, measurements, and costs.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and project teams to align design concepts with project goals.
- Source materials and finishes, ensuring quality and budget compliance.
- Review and interpret project plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation aligns with project plans.
- Stay updated on design trends, materials, and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in interior design and BOQ preparation.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
