As a Draftsman, you will be responsible for producing precise technical drawings and plans that bring our creative visions to life. You will work closely with our designers and architects to ensure every detail is accurately documented and ready for execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed technical drawings and layouts based on design concepts and client requirements.
- Collaborate with interior designers to translate conceptual ideas into schematic and construction drawings.
- Produce floor plans, elevations, sections, furniture layouts, and intricate joinery details.
- Create and revise shop drawings including ceiling plans, lighting layouts, finishes, and FF&E specifications.
- Ensure all drawings meet project specifications, industry standards, and comply with relevant building codes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and version control of all drawings throughout the project lifecycle.
- Contribute to the upkeep of drawing libraries, design templates, and standard blocks.
