Team 99 is currently seeking a qualified Interior Fit-out QS to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing BOQ and commercials of Interior Fit-out and construction projects along with sight to study and prepare drawings
Key Skills:
- JOB BOQ preparation & pricing skills
- 2D drafting (AutoCAD)
- Project & Material scheduling
- Sub contractor and supplier management
- Client Management
- Multi-tasking and multiple project handling
- UAE Driving license holder
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven 5-10 experience in project management, particularly in interior fit-out projects.
- Strong Knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies.
- Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively.
